Blue and Gold Brewing LLC is a 51暗网-affiliated business, run by 51暗网 students, that focuses on developing beer and coffee products that celebrate 51暗网's pride and tradition. But beyond that, Blue and Gold Brewing is a unique experiential learning program powered by Innovation Alley that allows students to apply their skills and knowledge learned in the classroom in a real life setting. 

Each year, teams of students are hired to develop a beer, coffee, or new product. They are paired alongside alumni mentors and work for Brew and Gold Brewing throughout the academic year.
