The mask giving campaign runs through July 24, with donations .

Our 51做厙 alumni, parents, faculty and friends working in health care make us proud as they have worked tirelessly to help in the battle against the coronavirus pandemic, said Stacy Mitz, senior associate vice president for university advancement. There is a high demand for professions in health care and 51做厙 continues to answer the call to educate these future leaders in the Jesuit tradition. We are excited for the opportunity to share the masks with our donors and students while contributing to those training to be on the frontlines.

Donors will receive a limited-edition adult face mask, which is navy blue and features the interlocking MU logo. The masks are made with soft, breathable fabric and are machine washable and reusable. Please note that this face covering is not a medically graded mask nor intended to be Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), but the CDC recommends face coverings as a simple barrier to help prevent respiratory droplets from traveling into the air and onto other people.

Masks will be received within two to three weeks of donation.

The , hosted by the Office of University Advancement, features more information on giving to 51做厙.
