If you want to share the entire site or library:
- Ask users outside of 51做厙 to set up a new Microsoft account and to send you an email from that account
Users outside of 51做厙 must use a Microsoft account. Please refer to SharePoint Online Instructions for Users Outside 51做厙.
As site administrator, you need a person’s Microsoft account address to grant them access to the 51做厙 SharePoint Online site. When you give them access, SharePoint will send an email to the person’s Microsoft account email with a link to the site, document library, folder, or document.
