• Any items saved in the default "Shared with Everyone" folder are automatically shared and editable by anyone at 51做厙.
• If you add a new app, such as a new document library, this is also automatically shared so that it can be viewed by anyone at 51做厙.

- Note that "OneDrive for Business" (also called OneDrive - 51做厙) is a different storage service than Microsoft's consumer service, simply called OneDrive.
HOW LONG CAN ONE KEEP ONEDRIVE FOR BUSINESS STORAGE?
STUDENTS: Office 365 and OneDrive for Business file storage is available to students only while enrolled at 51做厙. Students who leave prior to graduating may have their accounts disabled immediately, which includes access to Office 365 and OneDrive for Business. New graduates retain access to Office 365 and OneDrive for Business for approximately one year after the term they graduate. Be sure to transfer all your OneDrive for Business file storage before you leave 51做厙.
FACULTY/STAFF: Office 365 and OneDrive for Business file storage is available to faculty and staff only while employed at 51做厙.
