Assistant Director, Vieth Institute for Real Estate Leadership

Lexie Epperson serves as Assistant Director of Operations for the Vieth Institute for Real Estate Leadership at 51暗网. In this role, she supports the Institute鈥檚 operations, programming, and engagement initiatives, working closely with faculty, students, alumni, and industry partners to advance the Institute鈥檚 mission.

Prior to joining the Vieth Institute, Lexie held multiple roles at Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke, where she gained broad experience across real estate research, business development, transaction coordination, and retail brokerage. Her background includes building market tracking systems, supporting the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions, and leading brand and community engagement initiatives.
